Article 2 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements made between Natureguide Belgium and its customers. By making a reservation or purchasing tickets, the customer agrees to these terms.
Article 3 – Services and Products
Natureguide Belgium organizes nature walks, guided tours, and related activities. In addition, the company offers the possibility to purchase tickets and/or make reservations for specific activities.
Article 4 – Tickets and Reservations
4.1 Tickets
- Tickets for Natureguide Belgium activities can be purchased via the website.
- The purchase of a ticket is final upon receipt of payment.
- Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from Natureguide Belgium.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on the ticket.
4.2 Reservations
- Reservations for private walks or group activities must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for reservations unless otherwise stated. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 48 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the activity. For cancellations within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Article 5 – Prices and Payments
- All prices listed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payments can be made using the available payment methods on the website.
- In case of late payments, Natureguide Belgium reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Article 6 – Cancellation by Natureguide Belgium
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions or force majeure, Natureguide Belgium reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity.
- If Natureguide Belgium cancels, the customer will be fully refunded, including any deposit paid.
Article 7 – Liability
- Natureguide Belgium is not liable for damage, loss, or accidents during activities unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
- Participants should be aware of the risks associated with outdoor activities and take appropriate measures, such as wearing suitable clothing and footwear.
Article 8 – Complaints
- Any complaints must be submitted in writing to carl@natureguidebelgium.com within 14 days after the activity.
- Natureguide Belgium aims to provide an appropriate solution within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Article 9 – Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, such as the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 – Applicable Law and Competent Court
- These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
- Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Turnhout.
